Sandy’s journey into yoga began in 2019 when she discovered pole dancing. Drawn to the strength and flexibility it required, she quickly realised that incorporating yoga would enhance her performance and overall well-being.

In her teaching, Sandy believes that strength and mobility training are key to a well-rounded practice, recognising their vital role in enhancing fitness and preventing injuries. She emphasises breath control and mindfulness, helping students face challenges with a positive mindset. This holistic approach not only improves physical abilities but also builds resilience in daily life.

Sandy is particularly passionate about dynamic styles of yoga, such as Vinyasa and aerial yoga, which emphasise fluid movement and creativity. She also enjoys teaching various aspects of yoga, including backbends, hip and leg mobility, and core training.
