Animal Yoga (Charity)

As an animal lover, Monique is passionate about animal welfare and has adopted a mongrel puppy, MiRU, from Paws Guardian Rescue Shelter (毛守救援 @paws_grs).

This coming February will be MiRU's 3rd birthday! To celebrate the journey from a tiny puppy to an elegant lady, Monique invites you to join a charity yoga class on January 25, 2025 (Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in Causeway Bay.

This fun animal yoga class is suitable for all levels and will explore animal poses that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and creativity. Let’s come together and play!
